The 2000 Catena Chardonnay has a golden color with green hues. Aromas are of pears, apples, and minerals. The mouth feel is soft and full, with ripe fruit flavors interwoven with nuances of vanilla, honey and toast,a nd a long, persistant finish. Drink now and over the next 3 years.
