WINE DESCRIPTION

DV Catena Pinot Noir is an elegant and complex wine. Of a brick-red colour, the nose is dominated by delicate red berries and plum, laced with leather and subtle vanilla oak. A sweet, soft entry leads to an unctuous and complex wine, with smooth, ripe tannins that contribute to the final harmony and balance of the wine.

  • Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir
  • Fermentation: Selected yeast. 7 day fermentation in Frenck oak barrels. Max. Ferm.Temp: 25º C.
  • Aging: 12 months in 85% French oak and 15% American oak.
  • Vineyards: “Domingo”, Villa Bastías, Tupungato, 3,770’elevation. “Adrianna”, Gualtallary, Tupungato, 4,757’elevation.
